July 18, 2018

After the thrill of the just concluded FIFA World Cup, attention now turns to the 7th Wonder of the World, the Great Annual Wildebeest Migration. The 1000 km journey for an estimated 1.4 million wildebeest (and zebras) which begins in the Serengeti in Tanzania and heads to the Masai Mara in Kenya is a must-see marvel for all wildlife lovers.
The latest information received indicates that large herds have already crossed into the Kenya side and huge crossings of the Mara River are expected over the next few months.

Two of the most favorable sites to experience this sensational spectacle are the Tipilikwani Mara Camp and the Mara Ngenche Safari Camp; part of Atua Enkop Africa’s Collection of Luxury Camps in the Mara located close to areas where the migration is easy to view.

We have a few rooms available over the next few weeks. Take this opportunity to visit our camps and experience nature’s most talked about phenomenon, while sampling our first class accommodation and personalized service.
